Professional Experience

A licensed Broker since 1985 under the Coldwell Banker banner.  Glenna has managed many offices for the company during her career; St. Louis Hills, Belleville, St. Peters,Festus/Hillsboro and now the Fenton office. She has managed offices in St. Louis City/County, St. Charles County and Jefferson County Missouri plus St. Clair County, Il, that experience has afforded her the opportunity to become vastly knowledgeable in many markets.<br><br>She served as Education Director for Coldwell Banker from 1990 through 1995.  During her years as trainer she received numerous designations. During this experience she learned to lead and guide sales associates down a successful real estate career path.  Business planning and coaching is a focal point of her management skills.  She mentors sales associates to achieve the highest income levels and personal career goals.
