How to Help Puppies and Kittens Through Trivia

Bark Park at Unger teams up with the Animal House Cat Shelter to raise funds for programs and facilities.

The Bark Park at Unger organization, which hopes to build a dog park in Unger Park in Fenton, is teaming up with the Animal House Cat Shelter on a trivia night that will benefit both organizations. The event will be at 6:30 p.m. Mar. 2 at American Legion Post 162, 9305 S. Broadway, in Lemay. The Animal House/Bark Park Trivia Night will feature cash prizes for the three top teams, a variety of raffle baskets, attendance prizes, and mulligans. Animal-friendly vendors also will be there displaying their wares. The event is $20 per person, with up to eight people per table. The price includes beer, soda and water. Trivia players should bring their own snacks. The doors to the Legion Post will open at 6:30 p.m. with the game beginning at 7 p.m…

Olde Towne Has Some Questions For You

Olde Towne Fenton Business Association sets Trivia Night for Jan. 25.

The Olde Towne Fenton Business Association is asking everyone to put on their thinking caps to attend the group's Trivia Night starting at 7 p.m. Jan. 25 at Andre's West, 211 S. Old Highway 141, Fenton. It will be the second year for the Olde Towne event, following the group's inaugural fundraiser in 2012. The Olde Town Business Association is on a mission to bring improvements and more visibility to the area by recognizing businesses in Olde Towne and honoring the city's historic past. Time is running out to participate in a Trivia Night in support of A.D.O.P.T.,  a support organization for an animal shelter in Jefferson County. The group has scheduled the trivia night fund raiser at 6:30 p.m.Saturday (Nov. 10)  at Immaculate Conception Church, 2300 Church Road, Arnold. A.D.O.P.T. is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to raise money for a an animal shelter in Jefferson County. Open Door Sets Trivia Night Nov. 3

The Open Door Animal Sanctuary has the questions and is ready to ask them at a fundraising event to benefit the Jefferson County-based shelter. An Open Door Animal Sanctuary Trivia Night will be at 7 p.m. Nov. 3 at American Legion Post 162, 9502 South Broadway in Lemay. The event not only will benefit Open Door but also the Coalition for Animal Rescue and Education. Tickets for the Trivia Night are $25 per person and tables will include up to eight people. Beer, soda and water are included with admission but participants should bring their own snacks. Olde Towne Off to a Good Start

Trivia Night raises funds for the revival of the old business area.

Funny hats were the theme at many of the tables at the Olde Towne Fenton trivia night Saturday as local business leaders raised some revenue in an effort to revive  the old shopping area. Almost 30 tables were sold for an evening of trivia questions, emceed by John Armengol, of Andre's West. More than 260 people were in attendance for the new Olde Towne Fenton Business Association's first fund-raiser. More plans for the area will be discussed at the group's next meeting at 9 a.m. March 20 at Andre's West.

Coldwell Banker Trivia Night Raises Big Bucks for a Worthy Cause

A recent game night raked in $3,700 that will benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities.

Coldwell Banker Gundaker’s Fenton office recently raised $3,700 to benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities of Metro St. Louis.  “Hawaiian Luau” was the theme at the office’s First Annual Trivia Night, which took place on July 14 at Andre’s West in Fenton. One hundred thirty six participants got into the spirit of the night by wearing Hawaiian shirts, grass skirts and leis and decorating their tables. Each group put on its thinking caps to answer mind-bending questions. The winning table was headed by Coldwell Banker Gundaker agent, Ron Wunsch.  “We’re thrilled that our associates, employees and friends came out to support such a great cause,” said Glenna Ard, Fenton branch manager. “A great time was had by all.” For 25 years, Coldwell …

Spots Still Open for Saturday's Lindbergh Trivia Fundraiser

Organizers of the event, which will benefit the high school's hockey cheerleading team, have dropped the ticket price to $20 per person.

There is still plenty of space available for the trivia night being organized Saturday by the Lindbergh High School hockey cheerleaders. The event starts at 7 p.m. on Saturday at St. Elizabeth of Hungary, 1420 Sappington Rd. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Originally, the event cost $25 per person, but the price has since been reduced to $20. Participation includes beer, wine, setups and snacks. Participants can also bring their own drinks and appetizers. Money raised from the event will go to support the hockey cheerleading team's program. Reservations can be sent to Penny Crawford, 1025 Grandview Dr., St. Louis, MO 63122.
