Man Steals 27 Scents From Fenton Beauty Store

Incident reports from the St. Louis County Police Department, Fenton Precinct

The following information was reported by the St. Louis County Police Department, Fenton Precinct. A man selected 27 men’s fragrances Dec. 31 from Ulta Beauty, 185 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., then left the store without paying. The investigation is ongoing.  After a routine inventory was completed Jan. 3 at Jim Butler Chevrolet, 751 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., it was discovered that a truck had been stolen from the sales lot.  An investigation is ongoing. A man concealed five video games in his waistband Jan. 2 at Walmart, 653 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., then left the store without paying. He was arrested. Some Walmart Shoppers Using Five-Fingered Holiday Discounts in Fenton

The following information was reported by the St. Louis County Police Department, Fenton Precinct. Two people concealed two laptops Jan. 9 at Walmart, 653 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., then left the store without paying.  One person was arrested; the other was not located.  Two people hid items in a purse and a shopping cart Dec. 10 at Walmart, 653 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., then exited the store making no attempt to pay.  Both were arrested. A juvenile male pushed a shopping cart full of items out of Walmart, 653 Gravois Bluffs Blvd, on Dec. 12 without paying for the items. He was charged with stealing and referred to family court. An employee of Walmart, 653 Gravois Bluffs Blvd. stole money from the cash register on seven occasions while she was …

Woman Fills Purse With Groceries at Fenton Supermarket

The following information was reported by the St. Louis County Police Department, Fenton Precinct. A woman concealed a sandwich container, shrimp, a rib-eye steak, a pork tenderloin, apples, dish soap, furniture touch-up markers, a reusable bag and a dog toy in her purse Dec. 2 at Dierbergs, 450 Old Smizer Mill Road, then left the store without paying. She was arrested. A woman hid scarves in her purse Dec. 2 at Kohl's 115 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., then walked out of the store making no attempt to pay.  During a search of the woman's vehicle, stolen property from Old Navy, Home Depot, and Michael’s also was located.  She was arrested. Car 'Clotting' Increasing in Fenton During Holiday Season

Fenton police call it "car clotting," which is when thieves pop the lock on a car and steal the contents inside, or worse, the car itself. Fenton Police Officer Aaron Dilks says there has been a sporadic number of car clottings in Fenton recently at such places as RiverChase, Gold's Gym, and the Great Escape Theater (details below). "The best defense to this crime is lock your car doors and to keep your items out of sight or just don’t bring them at all," Dilks said.  Dilks posed some questions for residents to remind them of precautions they should take to help prevent being victimized. Odd Items Grabbed at Shop 'n Save

A woman concealed fabric softener, shampoo and lotion in her purse Nov. 23 at Shop 'n' Save, 45 Gravois Bluffs Plaza, and left the store without paying. She was issued a summons. The windows on three vehicles in the parking lot of the Great Escape Theater, 754 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., were shattered Nov. 21 and items stolen. Investigation is ongoing. Moviegoer Gets Punched for Talking During the Film

One moviegoer punched another in the face Nov. 12 at the Great Escape Theater, 754 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., for talking too much during the movie. An investigation is ongoing.  A man pushed a shopping cart containing a laptop computer out of the store Nov. 13 at Walmart, 653 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., without paying for it. He was arrested.  A man concealed a hunting knife Nov. 14 at Walmart, 653 Gravois Bluffs Blvd. and left the store without paying for it. He was arrested. Thief Steals 75 Chickens From Farm in Fenton

A man hired to watch over chickens at a farm on Old Highway 141 in Fenton, stole 75 of the birds instead, according to police. The theft occurred on Oct. 30 and followed a dispute between the property owner and the man who was to watch over the chickens, police said. Two women concealed clothing in their purses Oct. 29 at Gordman's, 687 Gravois Bluffs Blvd. then left the store making no attempt to pay. Both were issued a summons.  A man concealed video games in his hoodie pocket Oct. 30 at Walmart then ran out of the store making no attempt to pay. He was captured and arrested. 'Party With The Girls' Goes Bad for Man in Fenton

A man picked up an 18-pack of beer and then returned to his hotel room Oct. 14 to, as he told police, "party with the girls" at Stratford Inn, 800 South Highway Drive. The next morning he awakened from being passed out and realized both the girls and his vehicle were gone.  An investigation is ongoing. A woman stole a bra and a matching shirt Oct. 19 from Johnny O's, 504 Gravois Road. She was arrested. Man Arrested for Trespassing in Walmart

The suspect took a 32-inch TV off the shelf then exited the store making no attempt to pay.  Investigation is ongoing.  The suspect concealed merchandise then exited the store making no attempt to pay.  The suspect was conveyed to intake.   The suspect was on Walmart’s property after being previously banned for multiple shoplifting charges. The suspect was conveyed to intake.   The suspects pumped $99.00 of gas into two vehicles and drove off without paying.  Investigation is ongoing.   An unknown suspect damaged two vehicles while attempting to steal them off a parked semi transport trailer.  Investigation is ongoing.
