Unattended Shopping Carts, Parked Vehicles Targeted by Thieves

Thefts were prevalent in the weekly incident report by the St. Louis County Police Department, Fenton Precinct.

The following informatiuon was reported by the St. Louis County Police Department, Fenton Precinct: A woman's purse was stolen from her unattended shopping cart Apr. 14 at Garden Ridge, 665 Gravois Bluffs Blvd. An investigation is ongoing. Someone stole the victim's black bag Apr. 15 at Lowe's, 1 Gravois Bluffs Circle, containing three signed blank checks from an unattended shopping cart. An investigation is ongoing. Someone broke into a vehicle Apr. 14 at the Great Escape Theater, 754 Gravois Bluffs Circle, in an effort to steal stereo equipment. Late Night Trip to Closed McDonald's Sparks Tirade

Incident reports from the St. Louis County Police Department, Fenton Precinct.

The following information was reported by the St. Louis County Police Department, Fenton Precinct. A man became upset March 15 when he arrived at McDonald's, 1867 Bowles Ave., and discovered it was closed for the night. He began banging on the front windows and drive-thru window, then started yelling at the employees still inside the restaurant. He was located by police at a nearby motel and when police asked if he was the man at the McDonald's, he said "Yeah, I was hungry and they are closed." A man concealed a bottle of Extenze lubricant in his boot March 10 at Walgreens, 701 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., and left the store without paying. He was arrested. The following information was reported by the St. Louis County Police Department, Fenton Precinct. A man concealed Pokemon Cards, a Hello Kitty Scrapbook and lighters in his backpack Feb. 26 at Walmart, 653 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., and left the store without paying. He was arrested.   A man concealed seven DVDs in his coat March 1 at Shop n' Save, 45 Gravois Bluffs Plaza, and left the store without paying. An investigation is ongoing. Someone stole a display cell phone Feb. 25 from hhgregg, 101 Gravois Bluffs Plaza. An investigation is ongoing. Woman Caught Stealing Bras, Underwear at Kohl's

Incident reports from the St. Louis County Police Department, Fenton Precinct

The following incidents were reported by the St. Louis County Police Department, Fenton Precinct. A woman concealed two bras and five pair of underwear in her purse Feb. 20 at Kohl's, 115 Gravois Bluffs Plaza, then exited the store without paying. She was issued a summons. A woman left her keys in the ignition of her unlocked vehicle Feb. 17 at Garden Ridge, 665 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., and when she returned to the car, she discovered it had been stolen. It was recovered five hours later in Fenton. The suspected auto thief was arrested. A man concealed four knives and three packages of diabetic test strips Feb. 19 at Walmart, 953 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., then left the store without paying. He was issued a summons. Diner Angry About Expired Coupons Arrested for Disturbing the Peace

A man was arrested for peace disturbance Feb. 16 at Applebee's, 673 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., after he became irate that his coupons had expired. A woman concealed several items in her purse Feb. 12 at Walmart, 653 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., than left the store with paying. She was arrested. A man hid gloves and spark plugs in his jacket Feb. 12 at Walmart, 653 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., and left the store without paying. He was arrested. Several items were stolen from the cab of a unnattended tractor trailer Feb. 12 at Road Ranger, 205 North Hwy. Drive. An investigation is ongoing.

Dumpster Divers Nabbed Behind Value Village

The following information was reported by the St. Louis County Police Department, Fenton Precinct. Two people were caught Dumpster diving Feb. 4 behind Value Village, 88 Western Plaza. One previously had been arrested for burglary and felony stealing. Both were arrested. A woman found a debit card at her boyfriend's house and made two purchases with it Feb. 4 at Walmart, 653 Gravois Bluffs Blvd. She was arrested. Someone hid inside the J.C. Penney store. 798 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., after it closed on Feb. 5 and stole merchandise. An investigation is ongoing. A woman used her sister's credit card without her permission Feb. 5 at Kohl's, 115 Gravois Bluffs Plaza. A "wanted" teletype was issued on the suspect. A woman concealed pants and pillow…

Man Stuffs 14 Extension Cords Down his Pants in Theft Attempt

The following information was reported by the St. Louis County Police Department, Fenton Precinct. A man stuffed extension cords - 14 of them - down his pants Jan. 25 at Dierbergs Market, 450 Old Smizer Mill Rd., and left the store without paying for them. He was issued a summons. A woman removed the tags from a coat Jan. 21 at Kohl's, 115 Gravois Bluffs Plaza, and carried it out the door without paying. She was arrested. The following information was reported by the St. Louis County Police Department, Fenton Precinct. A man concealed four bottles of liquor in his jacket  Jan. 13 at Shop 'n' Save, 45 Gravois Bluffs Plaza, then left the store without paying. He was arrested.  The male juvenile suspect concealed a bottle of moonshine in his jacket Jan. 19 at Shop 'n' Save, 45 Gravois Bluffs Plaza and left the store making no attempt to pay.  He was charged and released to his guardian. A man concealed a bottle of liquor in his waistband Jan. 16 at Walmart, 653 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., then left the store without paying.  He was arrested. Woman Steals Laptop, Dog Treats From Walmart

A woman placed a 24’’ touch screen laptop computer and dog treats in her shopping cart Jan. 8 at Walmart, 653 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., then left the store without paying. She was confronted by a loss prevention staff member and ran off leaving all merchandise in the cart.  The incident is still under investigation. Two women concealed items in their purses Jan. 7 at Walmart, 653 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., then left the store without paying.
