Car crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Payden Welker, 23, of Fenton, was seriously injured in a car crash Thursday on Sugar Creek Road, in High Ridge, according to a report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP). The MSHP, in it's report, said Welker was driving a 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer southbound on Old Sugar Creek Road, just north of Als Lane when he failed to notice a curve in the roadway. According to the MSHP, Welker overcorrected on the curve, drove off the left side of the roadway and overturned. He was taken to St. Anthony's Medical Center with serious injuries. The Trailblazer was deemed "totalled."

A three-car accident in High Ridge sent two people to the hospital Tuesday following an accident at Highway 30 and High Ridge Boulevard, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) crash report. The MSHP report indicated Billie Hall, of House Springs, was attempting to make a left turn from eastbound Highway 30 onto northbound High Ridge Boulevard, travelling into the path of a 1999 Chevrolet S10 driven by Capri Gonzales, of House Springs. The impact pushed Hall's 2001 Subaru Forester into a 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier driven by Jessie Patterson, of Dittmer, according to the MSHP. A House Springs woman was transported to the hospital Thursday after the vehicle she was driving was struck by another motorist who ran a red light at Highway 30 and High Ridge Boulevard, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) crash report. Gena Shipton, 51, of House Springs, was attempting to make a left turn from eastbound Highway 30 onto High Ridge Boulevard at about 4 p.m. Thursday when she was hit by a car driven by Christina Loretta, 25, of High Ridge. The MSHP report stated Loretta's vehicle "failed to stop at a red light." Both drivers were wearing seat belts. Shipton was taken by ambulance to St. Anthony's Medical Center with moderate injuries. Katrina Nunnery-Fullhart, 17 and Kristin Everhardt, 18, both of High Ridge, were hospitalized Jan. 4 following a car crash on West Four Ridge Road at Hope Lane in High Ridge, according to a report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP). A MSHP report stated Nunnery-Fullhart was driving a 2000 Chevrolet Cobalt on West Four Ridge Road at about 9 p.m. when she failed to negotiate a curve, travelled off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree. Both she and her passenger, Everhardt, were transported to St. Anthony's Medical Center with moderate injuries. Both Nunnery-Fullhart and Everhardt were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash. Nunnery-Fullhart's vehicle sustained extensive damage and was towed from the scene.

Crash report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Oliver T. Austin, 14, of Fenton, was airlifted to Children's Hospital Friday (Nov. 30) after he ran into the roadway at about 8:10 p.m. on Highway 30 at Highway BB in Cedar Hill, according to a crash report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) Oliver was struck by an Econoline van that was travelling westbound on Highway 30. There was no indication that the driver was cited in the accident. Austin sustained serious injuries, according to the MSHP report.

A three-car pile-up at Highway 141 and Romaine Creek Road, in the Fenton area of Jefferson County, resulted in a trip to the hospital for an Arnold man, whose injuries were described as moderate, according to a crash report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP). The crash occurred at 3:05 p.m. Wednesday on Highway 141 just north of Romaine Creek Road when a 2002 Lincoln Town Car driven by Mary Pardiek, 76, of Hillsboro, and a 1983 Honda motorcycle driven by Robert B. Layne, 44, of Arnold, stopped for traffic ahead near the Highway 141/ Romaine Creek Road intersection, according to the MSHP. Benny and Beverly Dautenhahn, of High Ridge, received minor to moderate injuries following a car crash Sunday on Interstate 44 at the 230-mile marker in Franklin County. Benny Dautenhahn, 75, was driving a 2004 Mercury Marquis in the right lane of the highway when it was struck by a truck that was travelling in the left lane, according to a report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP). The MSHP report stated the truck changed lanes and struck Dautenhahn's vehicle sending both the truck and the car off the left side of the roadway where they crashed into the cable barrier and came to rest in the median. Two High Ridge residents were seriously injured Thursday when they collided head-on on Schumacher Road. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Steven Pohl, 27, of High Ridge, was driving along Schumacher Road, just south of Thunder Road, when he crossed the center line and collided head-on with Emily Rice, 20, also of High Ridge. Both cars involved in the accident—Pohl's 2007 Ford F-150 and Rice's 2006 Kia Rio—were totalled. Both drivers were taken to Mercy Medical Center in Creve Coeur with serious injuries.

Cindy Goedeke, 56, of High Ridge was seriously injured Nov. 2 on a car crash on Highway NN, just ast of Salamone Road in Cedar Hill, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) crash report. Goedeke was driving a 2005 Chevrolet Colorado on Highway NN when she failed to negotiate a curve to the left. The vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway and strick a tree, the MSHP report stated. Goedeke was airlifted to Mercy Hospital in Creve Coeur by Arch Helicopter.

Bradley Taylor, 32, of Fenton, sustained moderate injuries when the motorcycle he was operating crashed on Twin River Road and Jim Weber Road near High Ridge, according to a crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP). Taylor was travelling northbound on Twin River Road on his 2007 Yamaha when he failed to negotiate a curve to the left, causing his motorcycle to overturn, ejecting him. He was taken to Mercy Hospital as a result of hius injuries.
