Machete-Wielding Intruder Looking for Money and Drugs

The following information was reported by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department. Cove Drive, Fenton A man told a sheriff's deputy he was eating dinner Dec. 5 at a home on Cove Dr., Fenton, when there was a knock on the door. He went to answer the door and another man, wielding a machete, forced his way inside, according to a deputy's report. The first man made his escape from the home without being injured and called 911. A woman who was inside the home told a deputy the intruder demanded information from her as to who had stolen his money and drugs.
