Among them is Robin Baker, pictured here. She is wanted for distribution of a controlled substance. The Jefferson County Sheriff's Department describes Baker as physically violent. The Most Wanted list of fugitives published by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department.
The Jefferson County Sheriff's Department website regularly updates its Ten Most Wanted list. The list is updated as fugitives are apprhended. It currently includes includes suspects wanted for first-degree murder, endangering the welfare of a child and possession of controlled substances. Among them is Armando Santoyo-Torres, pictured here. He is wanted on first-degree murder charges, according to the sheriff's department. The department notes that the suspect uses several aliases, including Javier Medina, Juan Leon and Pedro Martinez. The Disability Resource Association restored and sold the Antire Road home.
The Jefferson County Hunger Task Force benefitted from the sale of a rehabbed home on Antire Road, KSDK reports. The Disability Resource Association did the rehabilitation work, according to the report. Watch the report on KSDK.

Warren Robinson to fill post formerly held by the late Ed Kemp
Warren Robinson was recently appointed Jefferson County's new Emergency Management Director, according to a news release provided by Jefferson County Executive Ken Waller. “We're looking forward to working with Warren and feel that his addition to our public safety system will contribute to our goal of making Jefferson County a stronger community,” Waller said in the news release. “We believe he has the experience necessary to successfully guide our emergency management agency and that he will help make Jefferson County's government a more transparent and responsive organization for the public it serves.” The county's previous Emergency Management Director, Ed Kemp, died in November--a little more than a month before his planned retirement…
