High Ridge Man, Imperial Acquaintance Charged in Home Burglary

Blake Young, of High Ridge, and another man from Imperial are suspects in a House Springs home burglary that was foiled by a witness.

A High Ridge man and his Imperial acquaintance are facing charges in connection with a home burglary in House Springs. Blake Young, of the 4700 block of Wilbert Rd. in High Ridge, and Brian Rulo, of the 4700 block of Kirchoff Ln. in Imperial, have been charged with second-degree burglary. On Sept. 16, Jefferson County Sheriff's officers responded to a call for a burglary in progress in the 4900 block of West Four Ridge Rd. in House Springs, according to court documents. When officers arrived, they found Young, 19, in the home gathering items. Rulo, 19, told police he dropped Young off at the home, who entered the house through a window, the documents state. Rulo said he parked across the street, and Young let him in through the front door…
