A Jefferson County Sheriff's deputy responded to a burglary in progress on Mary Drive and found five people in the house who didn't live there.
Five people - including two Fenton women - are facing charges in connection with a home burglary in Fenton. The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office received a call about a burglary in progress at a home in the 10 block of Mary Dr. on Dec. 23, according to court documents. When the deputy arrived at the home, he found the front and back doors had been forced open. The deputy entered the home and found five people inside who didn't live there, court documents state. The five included: All five had items in their pockets from the home, court documents state. They have been charged with second-degree burglary by the Jefferson County Prosecutor's Office. The 19 year old allegedly entered a Fenton business, stole a debit card from a work truck, unsuccessfully tried to use it at a nearby gas station and then returned the card to the truck.
A 19-year-old Mehlville man has been charged in connection with a debit card theft from a Fenton business Lorenzo Tijerina, of the 4900 block of Sherbane, has been charged with second-degree burglary for the Oct. 7 incident by the Jefferson County Prosecutor's Office. Tijerina allegedly entered a a business in the 100 block of Sun Valley Circle and removed a debit card from a work truck, according to court documents. After several unsuccessful attempts to use the card, he returned it to the truck. Second-degree burglary is a class C felony and carries with it a punishment of up to one year in jail or one to 7 years in a state prison and/or up to a $5,000 fine. Charges and allegations mentioned in this report do not indicate convictions.

The 32 year old allegedly stole four rings and a necklace from the home and then sold the items at Crestwood Coin and Jewelers.
An Imperial woman has been charged after allegedly breaking into a Fenton home, stealing five pieces of jewelry and then selling the items at a Crestwood jewelry shop. Angela Wisecarver, of the 3100 block of Quiet Forest, has been charged by the Jefferson County Prosecutor's Office with second-degree burglary in the July 4 incident. Wisecarver, 32, told deputies she entered the home in the 900 block of Saline through an unlocked front door, according to court documents. She then went into the bedroom and took four rings and a necklace with a cross on it. Afterward, Wisecarver told police she sold the items to Crestwood Coin and Jewelry, the documents state. Anna Messmer, 28, allegedly broke into five Fenton and High Ridge homes over a two-week period and stole numerous items including jewelry, electronics and cash.
A 28-year-old High Ridge woman is facing multiple second-degree charges in connection with five Fenton and High Ridge home burglaries. Anna Messmer, of the 1600 block of South Golden Circle, allegedly broke into the homes and stole numerous items including jewelry, electronics and cash. The burglaries occurred over a two week period in August. The first burglary happened on Aug. 15 in the 200 block of Nutmeg in Fenton. According to court documents, Messmer told detectives she entered the home and stole jewelry. The other burglaries occurred between Aug. 25 and 27 at the following High Ridge homes: Based on previous reports of burglaries in which Messmer was a suspect, detectives visited her home to question her about the four High Ridge …
