Summit Boys Basketball Eager for Season's Start

The Rockwood Summit basketball team is coming off a challenging season. The team finished 8-16 under fourth-year head coach David Schroll, and as the Falcons prepare for the Pattonville Tournament at the end of November, they are eager to get off to a strong start in the 2010-11 season. Summit will open against Chaminade on Nov. 29, then faces the winner of host Pattonville and Lafayette on Dec. 1. The tournament will provide the Falcons with a significant test against competition outside of the Suburban South Conference. Coach Schroll lost five seniors to graduation last year, but will look to his four remaining seniors to form the team's nucleus.
