Aggravated Stalking is the Charge - Again - Against Fenton Area Man

Police said he left threatening phone messages, sent a friend request on Facebook and called six times around 1 a.m. on Oct. 10. All contacts violated an order of protection.

A man faces a second aggravated stalking charge as St. Louis County Police said he continues to defy an order of protection by contacting his ex-girlfriend. Ramon Molina, 33, of the 400 block of May Valley Lane in St. Louis County near Fenton, was charged Friday with aggravated stalking. Molina also was charged with aggravated stalking July 20 after contacting the woman at least six times between May 22 and July 19, police said. Since Molina was released on bond from the first aggravated stalking charge, he has driven to the woman’s workplace and her home and left threatening voice messages, according to a police report. He sent her a friend request on Facebook Aug. 1 and on Oct. 10 he called her six times at about 1 a.m., police said. …

Man Faces Stalking Charge After Police Say He Violated Protection Order

St. Louis County Police said the man harassed his ex-girlfriend by texting, calling and following her at least six times.

A St. Louis County man was charged Friday with harassing his ex-girlfriend, who has an order of protection against him. Ramon Molina, 33, of the 400 block of May Valley Lane in St. Louis County near Fenton, faces an aggravated stalking charge. St. Louis County Police said Molina harassed the woman by sending text messages, calling her and following her at least six times, including to her home and work place. Police said the woman has an order of protection against Molina that prohibits him from seeing her or communicating with her. Police said Molina left her threatening voice mail messages. The two are in a child custody dispute. Currently, the woman has temporary full custody with no visitation for Molina. Bond was set at $25,000.
