St. Louis CyberKnife treats several different types of malignant and benign tumors in the brain, spine, lung, liver,…More pancreas, prostate, kidney and eye using CyberKnife® technology. The CyberKnife is an advanced robotic technology that provides stereotactic radiosurgery and stereotactic body radiation therapy. During these procedures, precisely targeted, high-dose radiation beams are delivered to tumors throughout the body without sedation or incision while radiation exposure to healthy tissue around a tumor is minimized. CyberKnife treatment is painless and is completed in five or fewer procedures. Lung tumors, brain tumors and prostate cancer are frequently treated diseases. St. Louis CyberKnife is a service of SSM Cancer Care at St. Clare Health Center.
Established in 2012, St. Louis CyberKnife brings together experienced physicians and the latest medical advances to provide patients with exceptional care.
