RUN - - RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! The apartments are not well built - could hear every footstep of the tenents upstairs - even when they went to the bathroom in the middle of the night! There's dog poop everywhere, loud music and partying, beer bottles and trash strewn everywhere. The speed limit through the complex is not enforced - I was almost hit and so was my father-in-law by cars that were going way over the posted speed limit. The management is not responsive to requests for repairs - have to call multiple times. They show you a "model" apartment which is really very nice - but what you get is horrible. It's definitely a "bait & switch". We stayed 1 year and got out as soon as we could. Then because of my disability I was unable to clean the carpet - was quoted a price of $90 to clean it. When we got the reimbursement check and finally got the itemized statement after having to contact them and remind them per Missouri law they must supply it, found out they charged us $225 to clean the carpet!! The apartment was only 850 square feet including kitchen & bathrooms which weren't carpeted. Talk about rip-off!! Like I said, RUN - as fast as you can the other way. Not worth the aggrevation to rent from them. Regret ever signing a lease with them - not honest. Worst place I've ever lived in 51 years! Couldn't even sit on our patio without smelling the dog poop - once counted 13 piles right around our patio.
