Stanton Elementary serves students in the southwest part of the Fenton area. As part of the Rockwood School District, Stanton students move on to Rockwood South Middle School and Rockwood Summit High School. Stanton, which serves students from kindergarten through fifth grade, received Promising Practices awards from Character Education Partnerships in 2008 and 2009. In 2007, the school was named a Missouri Top Ten High-Performing School. Stanton students have won the fourth- and fifth-grade District Track Meet 10 years in a row as of October 2010. The school mascot is the stallion.
