I LOVE RUSSELL'S! My husband and I found this place by accident while in town for a doctors appoointment. We live 2 hours away and I make a point to schedule follow up appointments around lunch time so that we can enjoy a Sticky Pig or a Garden Wrap withGrilled Chicken while we are in Fenton. Its one of our favorites and we always go out of our way to visit. If one of us visits without the other, we always bring home a cupecake or something sweet as a consolation prize!

Some of their soups and baked goods are unique and good, but the prices are sky high for what you get. Cookies are mediocre, brownies and cake are dry. Then I went for this happy hour thing where they only have half price bottles of wine!?!? Who buys bottles of wine at happy hour?
Everything I have tried from here has always been so fresh and delicious. Sandwiches, desserts, etc. Everything is yummy! The environment of the place is also very nice. Staff has always been friendly and helpful!!! Have recommended to people on several different occasions and will definitely go back!
I would give 3.5 stars but it wouldn't let me. The new renovation is a pleasant improvement if you really want to sit and eat. Before you felt as if you were sitting in the cake display. We went recently and had a wonderful salad with strawberries, better than Panera! We were told by a friend to try the hot beef and cheddar but they had sold out of beef by 12:30 that day and we had to order something else. The giant cookies are very good, the cherry turnover lacks fruit and the chocolate cake was a bit dry until it got back up to room temperature then it wasn't bad.
All in all a great place to have a friend for lunch or just a sweet treat and conversation. Keep it up.
Russell's is a very unique cafe & restaurant in this area. The Greek Salad is one of my favorites. Fresh greens, tasty olives and great feta make it extra special. All of his creations have the "Russell" touch. Deserts are so "sinful". He uses only the best and freshest ingredients for all his creations. He can turn a chocolate cake into a CHOCOLATE CAKE. His new site has increased space in his restaurant and has a very friendly, cozy atmosphere. A GREAT place to go for a meal!
Delicious and fresh! It is sometimes difficult to think outside the BreadCo box, but this is a great alternative. It is nice to support a local business and especially when they do a great job. Nice selection of sandwiches and baked goods.

Russell's is by far my favorite restaurant in the area. I've yet to find anything on the menu I didn't enjoy. The most important thing about their food is the quality of the ingredients they pick. I guarantee they aren't getting frozen food trucked in. My favorite item on the menu is the Kitchen Sink Salad... amazing. If you're looking for a great sandwich, go for the Grilled Chicken & Smoked Gouda. I'll be eating here for a long time.
