Usually restaurants have either great staff or great food. Jilly's is one of the very few places that actually have both. Everyone there is wonderful. They do an excellent job on their steaks (recommend the Ribeye...), along with some exciting dishes like Jamaican Jerk Chicken Breast (excellent flavor) and Pan Seared Tilapia.
