Doc Heather was very helpful with my shoulder injury, she knew I needed to be back quickly into boxing, and showed me easy exercises to do on my own, that still help until this day! Most chiropractors say "rest" for weeks at a time, but doc knew how important I needed to get back in the ring faster! Thanks!
