Free Monthly Diabetes Support Group

Join us for our free monthly diabetes support group at SSM St. Clare Health Center. The support group's goal is to help gain control and manage diabetes, provide informational programs, and improve the overall quality of life for people suffering from diabetes. The group meets the 2nd Wednesday of every month from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the St. Clare Conference Center, located on the Garden Level of the hospital. The next event is Wed., Aug. 14 and will be a meet & ask with a diabetes educator and will discuss survival skills for the diabetic.
