Northwest High School Sets College Fair

Information will be available from dozens of colleges, universities, technical schools and other organizations.

Northwest High School has scheduled a college fair from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Sept. 26 in the school cafeteria. There will be a wide variety of information for students and parents. About 60 universities, colleges and technical institutes and military representatives are expected to participate in the college fair.

Part of the college fair will be two financial aid workshops presented by the Scholarship Foundation of St. Louis, a nonprofit group that works to insure everyone has the means or resources to attend college. The first workshop will be from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. The second session will be from 7:15 to 8 p.m.

Northwest High School representatives are strongly encouraging families with junior or senior students to attend the college fair.
