Annie Blevins Signs on With Lindenwood Lacrosse

Rockwood Summit High School lacrosse player earned all-state and all-conference honors over the last two seasons.

Annie Blevins, of Fenton, a member of the lacrosse team, has signed on to play for Lindenwood University's women's lacrosse team for the 2013 season, according to an announcement by head coach Jack Cribbin.

Blevins was a two-time first-team all-state and all-conference selection at Rockwood Summit. Last season, she collected 114 goals, 24 assists, and 113 groundballs. She also is a two-time team Offensive Player of the Year and team captain. Blevins recorded 189 goals, 38 assists, and 232 groundballs over the last two years.

The Lindenwood women’s lacrosse was 15-2 last season in its first season of NCAA competition and won the Western Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Championship.
