Vehicle Thefts and a Brass Knuckle Attack

The following information was provided by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department.

Gravois Road, High Ridge

A 1994 Chevy Silverado pickup truck and a blue and white vehicle hauler was stolen sometime between Feb. 29 and March 1 from a residence on Gravois Road, High Ridge. The value of the property was set at $4,000.

Emerson Drive, High Ridge

A green 1983 Oldsmobile Delta 88 was stolen sometime over the past two weeks from an apartment complex on Emerson Drive, High Ridge. The car had been parked in the apartment owner's parking space at the complex missing. As it is the vehicle owner's secondary vehicle, he last saw it approximately two weeks ago. The value of the car was set at $1,000.

Meadow Drive, High Ridge

A woman was assaulted by another woman who was wearing brass knuckles in an incident March 1 at a residence on Meadow Drive, High Ridge. The assailant said she and her friends had gone to the victim's residence to start a fight. The victim said she was hit several times in the face during the fight that ensued. Deputies observed an abrasion beneath the victim's left eye.

Brethold Drive, Fenton

A man reported that his ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend tried to assault him March 3 by driving toward him in a vehicle and then damaged his car by driving into it. The sheriff's department incident report states the ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend arrived at the Brethold Drive, Fenton residence to drop off some mail. An argument ensued and the couple were asked to leave the residence. The new boyfriend was said to have gotten into his truck and drove it toward the victim, stopping just short of hitting him. The victim also was able to jump out of the way when the assailant drive toward him a second time. After that, the ex-boyfriend backed from the driveway and up the street where he was said to have intentionally driven into the victim's 2009 Hyundai Accent, pushing it four feet and causing about $400 in damage. The boyfriend is unidentified and deputies have been unable to get statements from either him or the ex-girlfriend.

Countryside Circle, Fenton

Someone stole prescription medications and a cell phone between Mar 3-4 from a residence on Countryside Circle, Fenton. A woman said someone forced the door of her home and stole the items, which were kept in a small safe, which was not damaged. Missing were two prescription bottle, on containing approximately 58 pills and the other, 174 pills. Also missing was a "go phone." The value of the property was set at $90.
