Police said Summers’ mother identified her son in photographs taken from the video.

Summers was arrested Sept. 28 in Kirkwood when officers found him drunk at a gas station, pumping gas into a stolen car. Inside the stolen car was a set of jumper cables stolen from an Enerco Electric truck on Sept. 24.

He pleaded guilty in 2009 to possessing precursors with intent to make methamphetamine, use of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.

Summers is being held in the St. Louis County Justice Center. Bail was set at $25,000 on the charge involving the stolen ICEE truck. He also is being held on a $10,000 bond for the stolen car charge.
