Tools, Furnishings, Construction Materials Stolen

The following information was provided by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department.

Lower Skyline Drive. High Ridge

Household items and appliances valued at $2,279 were stolen between May 14-21 from a residence being rehabilitated on Lower Skyline Drive in High Ridge. Missing items in the burglary included a Bissell floor cleaner, a Toro lawn mower, kitchen chairs, window blinds, couch cushions, plants and landscaping rocks. Damaged were kitchen cabinets and a garage door opener. Entry to the residence was attained through a back door. The victim said he was rehabbing the home in prepartion for selling it. He told deputies he suspected his ex-girlfriend in the burglary and for the property damage but did not have any proof.

Highway MM, House Springs

Construction materials and tools and a small all-terrain vehicle were stolen between May 15-22 from a residence on Highway MM in House Springs. Missing in the burglary was 80 feet of copper pipe, a red Craftsman toolbox containing hand tools, hole saws, dril bits and ratchets, and  small, red ATV. The value of the missing items was estimated at $4,000.
