Woman Calls Theft Victim, Offers to Sell His Stolen Property Back

The following information was reported by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department.

Fieldcrest Drive, Fenton

A man who told a sheriff's deputy that a Titan Impact paint sprayer had been stolen from his work truck on March 23 on Fieldcrest Drive, also said a woman later called him, saying she had the sprayer and offered to sell it back to him. The sprayer was valued at $917. An investigation is ongoing. 

Schneider Drive, Fenton

Construction tools valued at $5,500 were stolen from a storage locker Apr. 4 on Schneider Drive, Fenton.  Missing are a 30-inch orange fan, A Graco texture machine, two Graco paint machines and an orange tile saw. The victim said the missing items were kept in a storage locker. Although he could provide no suspect information, the owner of the storage units told a sheriff's deputy she had seen a man and a woman by the victim's unit as she was closing for business at about 7 p.m.
