Three Police Officers Promoted in St. Louis County

Former Fenton police officer promoted to sergeant.

St. Louis County Police Chief Tim Fitch announced the promotions of Sgt. Dana Fulton to the rank of lieutenant, in addition to detectives Devin Rose and Joanna Jensen to the rank of sergeant, according to a news release from police officer and media representative Rick Eckhard.

Lt. Dana Fulton is a 23-year police veteran currently assigned to the Bureau of Computer Services. He has served in the Affton Southwest and Precincts, Bureau of Central Police Records, MetroLink Unit and School Services. Fulton has received 11 awards, commendations, and letters of appreciation.

Sgt. Devin Rose is a 14-year police veteran currently assigned to the Division of Criminal Investigation. He also served in Central and West St. Louis County Precincts. Rose has received 10 awards, commendations, and letters of appreciation.

Sgt. Joanna Jensen is an 11-year police veteran currently assigned to the Division of Criminal Investigation. She has served in the Affton Southwest, South County and and the Family Crime Unit. Jensen received her bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Quincy University. She has received six awards, commendations, and letters of appreciation.
