ATV Thief in Fenton Had a Taste For Tuna

A can of tuna was stolen and opened during an ATV theft on Corissande Hill Road in Fenton.

A thief who cut the handlebars from an ATV from a building on Corissande Road, Fenton, also opened a can of tuna that was in the ATV.

The handlebars had been cut from the ATV and the frame was cut in several places.

A sheriff's deputy reports the theft victim noticed his 1987 White/Red Honda 250R ATV in a wooded area near his house. In addition to the damage to the vehicle, the deputy also saw an opened can of tuna with a can opener lying beside it.

The can opener was seized for fumigation. A canvass of the area yielded no further information.

Sunset Drive, High Ridge

Someone forced entry May 15 into a home on Sunset Drive, High Ridge, and stole miscellaneous jewelry, DVDs and CDs. A sheriff's deputy found a soda bottle at the scene and lifted possible latent fingerprints from it, but there is no suspect information currently. An investigation is ongoing.
