Thefts Abound at Gravois Bluffs Shopping Area

The following information was provided by the St. Louis County Police Department, Fenton Precinct

Gravois Bluffs Boulevard

A woman was arrested Jan. 5 for stealing over $500 at a department store in the 100 block of Gravois Bluffs Boulevard. Police said the woman loaded a cart with $1,332 worth of merchandise and took the cart outside without paying.

Someone cashed a bogus payroll check Jan. 5 at a grocery store in the first block of Gravois Bluffs Plaza. The investigation into the fraud continues, police said.

A man was arrested Jan. 5 for stealing under $500 at a department store in the 700 block of Gravois Bluffs Boulevard. Police said the man left the store without paying for two women’s sweaters.

Someone stole a pair of shoes Jan. 4 at a department store in the 100 block of Gravois Bluffs Boulevard. Police said a man put on a pair of new shoes, put his old ones in the box, then returned the box to the shelf and left without paying for the new shoes. The investigation into the theft continues, police said.

A man was arrested Jan. 3 for stealing under $500 at a discount store in the 600 block of Gravois Bluffs Boulevard. Police said the man left the store without paying for alcohol.

A man was arrested Jan. 3 for stealing under $500 at a department store in the 700 block of Gravois Bluffs Boulevard. Police said the man left without paying for miscellaneous clothing items.

Rudder Road

Two people stole two trucks and a trailer Jan. 4 from a landscaping company in the 700 block of Rudder Road. The investigation into the thefts continues, police said.
