St. Ann Man Totals Car in Fenton Car Accident

Wayne Lingenfeler was transported to the hospital with moderate injuries, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report.

A St. Ann man was transported to the hospital with moderate injuries following a car accident in Fenton last week, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report.

53-year-old Wayne Lingenfeler was traveling travelling east on Interstate 44 around 1:58 p.m. on Aug. 13. Lingenfeler swerved into the median to avoid slowing traffic. He overturned the vehicle when he attempted to get back on the road, and struck a vehicle driven by Mark Vorherr, 44, of Mason, Ohio.

Lingenfeler’s vehicle was totaled, according to the report.
