Riding Mower With Keys in the Ignition Stolen From Fenton Home

Schneider Hill Court, Fenton

A red Craftsman riding lawn mower, valued at $1,060, was stolen sometime overnight July 24-25 from the garage of a home Schneider Hill Court, Fenton. Th homeowner told a sheriff's deputy he had parked the mower in the garage against a back wall and had left the keys in the ignition but left the garage door "in full open position."

Sugarcreek Court, Fenton

A 1991 red Toyota Corolla was stolen sometime overnight on July 25 from a home on Sugarcreek Court, Fenton. It was valued at $1,000.  The vehicle owner told a sheriff's deputy he parked the car behind his home and in front of his garage door The deputy reported that the man had possession of the vehicle's keys but the vehicle was left unlocked. The vehicle owner said he did not see or hear anything unusual on the evening or early morning of the of the theft.

Lower Skyline Drive, High Ridge

Copper pipe, and building materials were stolen and drywall damaged sometime between July 4-25 at a vacant home in foreclosure on Lower Skyline Drive, High Ridge. The homeowner reported to a sheriff's deputy that the walls to the home home were damaged when someone was stripping it of copper pipe and wiring. the damage and value of the stolen copper piping was set at $3,000.

High Ridge Heights, High Ridge

An exterior air conditioning unit was stolen sometime between July 23-26 from a home on High Ridge Heights, High Ridge. the homeowner said the unit was stolen after the outside connecting lines were cut. The home was vacant as it is up for sale. The value of the air conditioning unit was set at $1,500.
