Sexual Assault, Theft And Flaring Tempers

Rock Creek Road, High Ridge

Officers responded to a call for a sexual assault - first-degree statutory sodomy - on July 21 on Rock Creek Road in High Ridge. The victim, his father and the reporting party were contacted. The victim told police he was sodomized by the suspect. Police contacted the on-call juvenile officer, who is investigating the case.

Grand Terrace Drive, Fenton

Officers responded to call for a theft from a vehicle on Grand Terrace Drive in Fenton on July 20. Two air compressors, two nail guns, four air hoses and a Global Positioning Unit were reported stolen from the work van. The property was valued at $4,560. The owner of the vehicle told police that he had recently terminated an employee who lives in the area for similar reasons. A canvass of the area led police to believe the theft occurred the night before.

New Sugar Creek Road, Fenton

Officers responded to a 911 hangup call at a residence on New Sugar Creek Road in Fenton on July 18. Upon arrival, a woman told the officer that she had called 911 because her son was arguing with her. Police questioned her son, who told them that his mother threw a cell phone charger at him, striking him in the arm. Police observed no visible injuries. The woman then told officers her son was aggravating her while she was on the computer, and she threw the charger near him, striking the refrigerator. The charger was seized as evidence.
