Preparation H, Clothes, Shoes Are Shoplifting Targets

The following information was provided by the St. Louis County Police Department, Fenton Precinct.

A man concealed 12 tubes of Preparation H in the waistband of his pants Oct. 8 at  Shop ‘N Save, 45 Gravois Bluffs Plaza, and exited the store making no attempt to pay.  When asked why he stole so many he stated, “I have really bad hemorrhoids.”  He was arrested.


A woman concealed several miscellaneous items in her purse Oct. 12 at  , 653 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., and then exited the store making no attempt to pay. She was arrested.

A women concealed clothing in her purse Oct. 3 at , 115 Gravois Bluff Plaza,  and then exited the store making no attempt to pay. A summons was issued.

A juvenile concealed clothes, shoes and earrings in her purse at J.C. Penney, 798 Gravois Bluff Blvd, then exited the store making no attempt to pay. She was charged and released to her guardian.  

Stealing Under, 115 Gravois Bluff Plaza, , 115 Gravois Bluffs Plaza, 10/04/2011, 11-60464.  Three people made a fraudulent return Oct. 4 at Kohl’s, 115 Gravois Bluffs Plaza, in order to receive gift cards. They were also in possession of stolen shoes.  All were arrested.

A woman forgot her wallet Oct. 7, leaving it on a bench after she tried on a pair of shoes at Kohl’s, 115 Gravois Bluffs Plaza. When she returned to retrieve the wallet she discovered it was gone. 

Two people concealed shampoo, conditioner and deodorant Oct. 8 at , 45 Gravois Bluffs Plaza, and exited the store making no attempt to pay.  Both were arrested.
