Game Thief Escapes By Jumping from Apartment Window
The following information was provided by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department.
Mt. Everest Drive, Fenton
Sheriff's deputies have a suspect in a June 28 burglary of an apartment in the 300 block of Mt. Everest Drive in which several game consoles and game cartridges were missing. Deputies said a woman was in an upstairs apartment washing her neighbor's dog when she heard her apartment door opening. She said she went to her apartment and saw a man, who she identified, walking up the stairs holding a butter knife and a gas can. It was then she noticed several items were missing. When the woman's husband returned home, he noticed several missing items, including a Nintendo Wii game player, six Wii games and nine PS3 games, with a total value of $1,200. The husband confronted the suspect, but he jumped out of a window and left the area. Deputies have yet to locate the suspect.
High Ridge Boulevard, High Ridge

A blue 2000 Dodge Caravan minivan was stolen from a residence in the 3300 block of High Ridge Boulevard overnight on June 23-24. A woman reported she arrived at her boyfriend's house late on June 23 and when she left the next morning the minivan was missing. She told deputies the vehicle, valued at $2,500, was left unlocked.
Robindale Drive, Fenton

A burglar pried open the front door of a residence in the 1400 block of Robindale Drive sometime between June 23 and June 26, ransacked the bedroom and stole a 23-inch Acer LCD monitor valued at $148.98.
Schumacher Road, High Ridge
A green 2004 Yamaha, 660 Grizzly, 4X4, ATV valued at $3,000 was stolen from a flatbed trailer June 26-27 from a residence in the 4500 block of Schumacher Road.
Brookside Drive, Fenton
Electronics equipment valued at $1,150 was stolen from a residence in the 1400 block of Brookside Drive on June 28. Missing were a 32-inch Sony HD flatscreen LCD TV, a 19-inch Sony tube-style TV and a Sony Blu-Ray player. Deputies were able to collect fingerprints from the residence.
Young Drive, Fenton
Deputies arrested a 31-year-old woman following a domestic disturbance call June 28 in the 800 block of Young Drive. The woman alegedly threatened a 61-year-old man by holding a knife at chest level and stating "don’t come back or I'll get you."
