Fight at Fenton Apartment Complex Leads to Stabbing, Guns and Guitars Stolen from House Springs Home

Stabbing in Fenton
An individual was stabbed in front of an apartment complex in Fenton last week, according to a Jefferson County Sheriff's Office report.
Two individuals were involved in a fight on Mount Everest Drive around 9:46 p.m. on July 16 when one man went back to his apartment and grabbed a knife. The victim was stabbed four times, according to the report.
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital.
64-year-old Michael E. Lott was charged with assault and was being held on $50,000 bail as of Tuesday, Leader Publications reports.
Burglary in House Springs
A House Springs resident reported more than $7,500 in stolen property and another $4,500 in damages after a burglary sometime between July 14 and 16.
The Ruth Drive resident told officers he returned home on July 16 to find a side door open. Stolen items include two laptop computers, PlayStation 2 console and 20 games, a shotgun, a rifle, five boxes of bullets and shotgun shells, three guitars, one banjo, and three cellphones.
