A Fenton woman died and an Arnold man was injured on Sept. 19 following a two-vehicle accident in Jefferson County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Branden Nehls, 22, was traveling on his motorcycle in the left lane of southbound Highway 141 around 5 p.m. 68-year-old Sharon Benner, who was waiting to make a lefthand turn onto the highway from Ridge Wood School Road, pulled out in front of the motorcycle. The motorcycle struck the driver side door of Benner's vehicle.
Benner was pronounced dead at St. Anthony's Medical Center shortly before 6 p.m. Nehls was transported to St. Anthony's with moderate injuries, according to the report.
