Fenton Police Spend Time on the Golf Course

Weekly crime update from the Fenton Precinct of the St. Louis County Police Department

The following information was reported by the St. Louis County Police Department, Fenton Precinct.

Police spent a fair amount of time last week at the 1210 Larkin Williams Road, as several incidents grabbed their attention.

The first was a destruction of property incident in which three people were recklessly driving a golf cart, causing damage to the course. Summonses were issued.

Next was another destruction of property call May 26 in which someone damaged the lock to a vehicle on the parking lot and stole cash, credit cards and an iPod.

Police also are investigating the May 26 theft of two flagsticks from the course.

A woman concealed Bio Oil Skincare in her purse May 22 at , 653 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., then left the store making no attempt to pay.  A summons was issued. 

The man  who concealed concealed a tube of toothpaste, several DVDs and several protein bars May 23 at , 653 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., resisted arrest when police approached him after he left the store without paying for the items. He ultimately was arrested.

A woman concealed nail polish and swimsuits in her purse My 24 at , 653 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., then left the store making no attempt to pay.  A summons was issued. 

 A woman concealed miscellaneous items in her purse May 25 at , 115 Gravois Bluffs Plaza, and left the store without paying. A summons was issued. 

A summons was issued to a suspect who concealed a pair of sunglasses May 26 at , 653 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., and left the store without paying.

The customer concealed a 12-pack of Bud Light May 20 at , 1000 Bowles Ave., then left the store without paying. Investigation is ongoing.
