Fenton Man Involved in Fatal Accident
A Wildwood resident driving a motorcycle was fatally injured Friday in Franklin County.
Wildwood resident Jonnie McIntyre, 63, died Friday when the motorcycle he was driving collided with a truck on Missouri Route 100 in Franklin County near West Osage, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.
McIntyre was westbound on the highway, per the report, when his 2005 Harley Davidson was struck by a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado truck, which was driven by Charles Mauzy, 57, of Fenton.
According to the report, Mauzy failed to yield when making a left turn. The accident occurred at 11:58 a.m. McIntyre was transported to St. John's Mercy Hospital, but was pronounced dead at 12:44 p.m.
