Fenton Man Airlifted to Mercy Hospital Following Car Crash Monday
The crash was handled by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
John E. Branch, 55, of Fenton, was listed in serious condition following a car crash Monday on Highway 50 in Franklin County, according to a report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP).
The MSHP report stated Branch was travelling westbound on Highway 50 when he attempted to overtake a vehicle driven by Stephanie J. Monzyk, 24, of Washington, MO. The report indicated that Branch's vehicle struck the side of Monzyk's vehicle as Monzyk was making a left turn. Branch was ejected from his 1993 Eagle Vision in the course of the crash and was airlifted to Mercy Hospital, Creve Coeur.
