Northwest Sewer District Spill

I live in the Woodhurst subdivision.  There is a water treatment plant behind my home that is operated by the Northwest Sewer District. Some time between Fri. Feb 14 and, Monday Feb. 17, there was something bumped causing water to spill out into the creek behind my house, which is on my property.  I was assured that the water had miraculously gone through the clarifier before spilling out, and that there was no danger to anyone or anything. However, judging by the lime applied and the fact that they were going to do, "...a little clean up of the creek." I'm not so sure I believe them.  The treatment plant was supposed to be dismantled at least 5 years ago.  Now, they say it will be dismantled, with only one little pump station remaining, within 18 months. It's an eye sore, noisy and, can emit quite the nasty odor at times. I am worried for the environment and, wish someone would look into this.
