jilly's. café and steakhouse

Omg. I have enjoyed several lunches and dinners at Jilly's.   It was voted the best Brunch in 2012 on the patch.  I took my sister for brunch today; we were so disappointed.  To begin  with it reaked so badly of stale cigarettes ;   I am sure from Saturday night.     They do not offer a brunch, they offer some breakfast  items  till 1:00,    my husband ordered an omlette with ham and cheese; it was the worst  excuse of an omlette I have ever seen. He was very disappointed.  Very poor prsentation. Have they changed ownership.?  Do they have part time cooks?      Just not the same.
