Bob Boyer's Endorsement of Renee Reuter

A surprise endorsement from Bob Boyer.

It was quite surprising to find that Bob Boyer actually endorsed Renee Reuter early this morning considering that in the past they have been far from best friends and there have been many disagreements between the two council members.

I agree with Bob Boyer on most everything he said in his endorsement, he is correct in saying that Renee Reuter has done great things for the county. Thank goodness for Council Members Bickowski, Reuter and Groeteke, without them Boyer wouldn't have the knowledge to know how to hold the administration accountable for the many issues that this council has had to deal with when it comes to overspending, incorrect language in the bills, incorrect spelling, incorrect location information so on and so forth.

Renee Reuter has even managed to make Bob Boyer look good by doing the hard work for him. In order to protect her constituents, she questions the administration when the content of Ordinances and Bills doesn't seem to go in the right direction. The UDO changes proposed by Council Member Boyer is a recent example of Renee Reuter's watchful eye. The sweeping UDO changes would have put into motion adverse effects in the county that could have caused more hardships for the residents. Thankfully, Council Member Reuter and the Council Members from District 1 and District 4 were there to oversee the drastic changes that would have occurred if this Bill had passed in its' original form. They made many changes in the bill and headed off most of the unpleasant effects everyone in the county would have experienced.
