i havent been to jumpers in a looong time, but only because ive had two new cars within the last 8 years that have had warranties. before that though i had a car that was regularly breaking down (because it was old as heck and i drive my cars like a maniac). jumpers has always been honest and fair in pricing. when my friends are looking for a mechanic i always recommend dave jumpers. my only complaint about jumpers was that it took them a few days to fix my car....but again, that was pre 2006 and to me it was worth the day or two to wait because i could count on the job being done right. my warranty on my 2011 cruze is up in october and i have no plans for a new car or to take it to the service department at the local fenton GM car dealership that i purchased it at, especially in light of the new evidence of their over-billing customers for labor hours. i really do recommend jumpers auto repair.
