First State Soldiers Monument and Memorial Project dedicated to the Men and Women who have sacrificed their lives for our Freedom in the war against Global Terrorism and in honor of those now serving and their families. Endorsed by the Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 1028 and the POW / MIA Chapter of Missouri, Commander Paul Dillon.
