Stuckmeyer's Free Farm Fun Days Set Every Weekend in October

The annual Halloween themed event is ready to go for 2012.

Mark you calendars for any weekend in October to attend the annual Farm Fun Dats Fair at Stuckmeyer's Farm and Market, 249 Schneider Drive, in Fenton, right next to the pink elephant on Highway 141.

A bonus event will be Oct. 14 when the 14th annual tractor show joins Fort Spooky, the mounds of pumpkins and mini pumpkins, gourds, corn stalks, Indian corn and mums as attractions at the Stuckmeyer Farm Fun Days event.

Admission is free at Farm Fun Days, which runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and also features hayrides through the farm, pony rides, kid's barrel rides, farm animals and live music. Those who want to load up on apples for the holiday pie season will have a selection of Jonathan, Red Delicious and Golden Delicious varieties. Many other fresh fruits and vegetables will be available in the farm market.
