Employees Spend Some Idol Time at SSM St. Clare
Hospital staff uses familiar format to build teamwork and have some fun during the SSM St. Clare "Mission Days 2011" activities.
It was a casting call at in Fenton Wednesday as employees entertained the lunch crowd in a karaoke contest that is part of the facility's Mission Days activities. Auditions were held at all of SSM Health Care facilities in the St. Louis region. The best performers move on to eventual performances at the Blanche-Touhill Auditorium May 17-19 as the culmination of the SSM Mission Days 2011 program.
Wednesday's tryout session was called "Mission Idol," and it was complete with an emcee and a panel of "celebrity" judges that made comments after each singer performed. A variety of singers took to the "stage" to entertain in the SSM St. Clare cafeteria.
