Blossom, Toby, Mr. B Seek New Homes

Dogs, cats available for adoption from the Open Door Animal Sanctuary.

Blossom is a wonderful girl that is looking for a family to call her own. Blossom's last family had to abandon their house due to a flood and they must have forgot she was down in the basement with her kittens. Being the great mommy she was she moved them one by one up to the highest shelf. Some bottles had spilled and were mixing in the water and while Blossom was trying to find some food to eat, she got chemical burns all over her belly and legs. Although she was hurt and didn't want to get back in the water, she had to take care of those babies. They were all finally rescued and the kittens have all found wonderful homes. Now we just need someone to give Blossom a chance. She is an 8-year-old Siamese that would make anyone the perfect pet.

Toby is one of our older gentlemen that is looking for a foster home. If you're willing to adopt, we'd accept that too. Toby just had a foster home and really came out of his shell in that home. He started to run and play and even chased a few chickens and a horse. He is a wonderful guy that's about 10 years old. He weighs in at over 100 pounds and is on a special diet to bring his weight down. If you are interested in fostering Toby, or possibly adopting, please call for more information.

Mr. B is a dog that's full of personality. He definitely wants to be the macho man on the block. He gets along well with female dogs, but prefers to be the only male dog in the house. He loves to run in the yard and spend time being active. He's a protective dog and bonds quickly to humans. He would do best in a home without children as he tends to knock them over. Please come meet Mr. B and fall in love.
