- Comments: A customer told the Health Department she received frozen chicken in her salad. The inspector did not find any evidence that they had served frozen chicken that day, according to the complaint. The complaint was closed.
- During a regular inspection performed the same day, a cleaning spray bottle was stored on the same shelf as silverware and kitchenware; stacks of dishes were not covered or inverted to protect the food contact surface.

- Comments: Fans in the deli walk-in freezer contained heavy dust build-up “that was turning green,” according to the report.
