The public is invited to meet the local award-winning author and learn more about his latest book "Quatrain," a historical fiction piece about the lost prophecies of Nostradamus. The event is part of the Jefferson County Library Northwest Book Fair.
That day, shoppers at Barnes and Noble have the opportunity to help build the library by telling the cashiers that they are 'shopping for the library' or by presenting a voucher that can be picked up at the library. A percentage of those sales will be donated to the library so that more books can be purchased for the children's biography collection. Shoppers also have the option of purchasing a a book of their choice and donating it to the library themselves.
