The programs are open to adults who wish to learn how to check out library eBooks onto their personal device. Topics will include connecting to the library’s wireless, using the www.molib2go.org website, and accessing the eBooks or eAudiobooks once they are on the device.
Funding for the eReaders used in the workshops is provided by a Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) grant, made available through the Institute for Museum and Library Services, and administered by the Missouri State Library.
There is no charge for the workshops, but advance registration is required and space is limited. When signing up, participants must indicate which device they own in order for staff to best serve them. Reservations can be made at the library, by emailing Molly Pfeiffer at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by calling 636-677-8186.
