More Than 150 Take Part in Memorial Day Freedom Run

A caravan of military trucks, motorcycles and cars circled St. Louis to honor veterans and those currently serving in the military. The parade began in Fenton and ended in High Ridge.

If you happened to be out and about today and saw a parade of military trucks, motorcycles and cars, it was a Freedom Run held to pay tribute to veterans, current military and their families.

The parade-like run began in Fenton and circled St. Louis on area highways until it returned to High Ridge.

The event was sponsored by Faces of Freedom Fighters, a charitable foundation dedicated to building the state's first national monument to honor Missouri's fallen heroes.
