It Only Snowed All Day on the First Sunday of Spring

Slick roads and closed schools were the result as winter dumped on the First Sunday of spring.

There is no school anywhere today as Sunday's winter storm brought an early decision from school superintendents to cancel classes.

For students in the Rockwood School District, the snow day meant another day of spring break, which was last week.

It was just the opposite for Lindbergh School District students, whose Spring break began today.

The expansive Northwest School District also cancelled classes rather than risk students being transported on the many curvy back roads in the district.
